Roman Catholic High School is a wonderful school, where boys do truly become men. My son has been given a state-of-the-art education with a caring and involved faculty. I have not found any negatives in the school over the last 4 years. They are constantly making positive changes that make learning feasible to all students.

I left after my sophomore year. Never experienced such a lack of decorum in an academic institution. Facility stood up for each other even when they were in the wrong. Blank racism with the teachers and no administrative support when my mother tried to address issues. Everything was blown off. They are living solely off of their name academically. I was in honors courses and my public school education was harder. A true disappointment and the facility are horrible for this to be a school of the archdiocese. There were fights daily and many kids were beaten up in the bathrooms. I transferred to my school district blue ribbon school and it was the best move I had ever made.

Pretty crappy school. Fifteen years ago it would have been considered elite but now it's terrible. At my previous school I had a high grade per average (95), so naturally, they would place me in... not a single honors class. To summarize what college prep is like in a word, it would be hell. Not sure how this was voted the best school in Philadelphia; then again, the standards for this dump of a city are pretty low.

As a 1952 Graduate, the facility left a lot to be desired but the teaching and the training were priceless!

Excellent school. As a student, I can tell you that almost all of the teachers really care. Yes, some teachers can be a pain, and don't really care, but most guide you in the right path. The academics are stellar, and the sports are distinguished. Last year, the basketball team went 17-0, but lost i...
