I loved going to Shawmont it prepared me for high school, even college. I am now doing my observation hours at Shawmont and highly recommend it, based on my childhood experiences.

I am lucky that Shawmont is my neighborhood school. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of great extra curricular programs for the students to participate in.

All three of my children attended this school and overall had an excellent experience. My younger son continues to attend the school and is doing well and most of the teachers are great. The Principal is very involved and easily accessible for any concerns.

There are a few staff members that are awesome, besides that, the majority of the staff has a "I am just hear to get a pay check" attitude.
