Used 5 different academic software platforms in 8 years which made things challenging. Frequent turnover of staff.

Pike Road High School was a good school to attend to overall. However, they did have some flaws that made vote 3 stars. Overall it was a good experience. The best part was where I got to graduate with my friends from 5th grade that also went to Pike Road. The worst part was we had 3 different principals during my high school and would constantly enforce rules. But the rules they enforced doesn't even last long.

Pike Road High School invited new administration this year which has caused a great decline in the school environment and culture. They have also hired new teachers at the cost of students because they are not experienced in how to teach effectively. They also struggle to keep the good teachers. However, the ones they do manage to keep are fantastic and they make learning easy and enjoyable.

Overall teachers try to help students with any misconceptions, offering different ways to learn the material. They also offer free before and after school tutoring. Students are given varied options for extracurricular activities , including fine arts, a robotics team, and competitive athletic progr...

Pike Road used to be a decent school, however they now have a superintendent and admin team that no longer measure up to ones from the past. The principal is virtually invisible most school days and some students do not even know what she looks like. Rules are put in place, and implemented arbitrari...

Pike Road High School is nothing more than a glorified public school system. This campus in particular is a revolving door of administrators and teachers. The school doesn't retain the great teachers and manages to find inexperienced and unqualified replacements every year. Teachers are put in posit...

I usually never type comments on anything, however, I believe that this school deserves 5 stars. Currently, I am a high schooler who is attending this school and although people comment that the teachers don't teach or that they struggle with their classes, it isn't hard to discuss that with an acad...
