We found Allderdice to be the best fit for our son. The robust curriculum allows our son to explore college level classes with both AP and college in high school credits. The arts program is amazing. Our son found his love for jewelry making through the art offerings. The sports offerings are spectacular. There is access to both competitive and club sports within the school. There was a wide offering allowing for students to explore new interests and have the opportunity to participate. Our son was accepted to all of the colleges he applied to and was offered scholarships to most. Allderdice students are proven to be ready for the next level. We are proud to be a PPS Allderdice family.

This school community has amazing resources and a lot of teachers and staff who will always help you out. But there are some parts where they are lacking. The biggest thing is the bathrooms. They are not the greatest, and they aren't always open. Teachers sit outside to have students sign in and out. But overall, the school is an amazing environment and just needs more sports involvement.

One of the best parts of my experience is that there are several counselors who are available for me to reach out to if I ever need to, and it makes me feel like there is a supportive administration who wants to see me reach my potential.

Substantially pleased with the support my son receives via the "team lead" teacher approach. It certainly facilitates communication between us and the teaching staff, and we have a better picture of his efforts as a student. This school offers many different types of curriculum, a large variety of extracurricular activites. For advanced students curriculum is really good. Special needs students not so good.
