Rectory is a magical place. The teachers are caring and involved. Their ability to handle a diverse set of kids with different needs and talents is amazing. There is a reason they have been around for so many years. The growth and maturity I have seen in my son over the last 2 years at the school exceeds any expectation I have had. The friendships the kids make are amazing. Exposure to different cultures is like nothing you would find elsewhere. And the kids have a lot of fun. I'm incredibly grateful for this school.

My husband is an alumnus from Rectory class of 1977, and presently our son goes to Rectory class of 2023. Both of them have had difficulty with Dislexia and ADD respectively. Rectory has all the resources to help with learning disabilities. There tutoring programs and faculty are top-notch. Furthermore, they gear the ways of learning around the student, not the student adopting to the usual way of learning.

Rectory provides a loving and academically challenging environment that was a Godsend for our child. As a boarder for four years, he developed and excelled as a student and a person. I don't know if anywhere else could have provided what he received.

The Rectory School genuinely changed my life. When I arrived in 7th grade as a midyear transfer, I was not in a good place with my academics because of the pandemic, and Rectory changed that around. The campus is beautiful and the facilities are very good. The atmosphere of respect and nurturing is positive. Every teacher wasn't great, but many were. A fairly large number of international students, plus local day students and domestic boarders makes for an interesting and diverse student body....

Rectory is a very good school. The teachers are great. The academics are just above grade level-- not quite as advanced as one might expect, and there are a few students there who would be better served at a school designed for children with behavioral issues.
