I would like to see more students get engaged when learning as well as more teachers having more enthusiasm towards trying to get students to want to learn have have a lil fun while doing it. I feel like some teachers are to focus on tryna to get all the information out that they are not properly making sure that their students are actually retaining most of it.

The teachers were great and actually taught through their own knowledge, not through a book, but the book was always an option that they were willing to teach through. The students weren't the best but it didn't discourage the teachers. I didn't participate in many events that when I did they were always fun and appropriate.

As an alumni of Blanche Ely High School located in Pompano Beach, Florida, I can definitely say that this school is an experience. It grows character and grit.

The students on this school, are very toxic! And there’s always fights, but they don’t get expelled, they just get suspended and they came back for more trouble! Unacceptable

There are much better schools in the Broward school system to send your children. This is a toxic environment for teachers and students

I asked for assistance from Principal Earline Smiley when I moved into the area in 2000. Dr. Smiley not only briefed me on the various programs but included me on board meetings as a guest. Her help[ in familiarizing me with health needs led me to start a BanAIDS Club at ELY which is thriving and we...

Well... Ely is too live it's the only school you can't get an education and have a senior riot, ely is the place we stay stunning the only scrubs you see are in the nursing program, but besides that you stay seeing coca in whites and J's.
