My experience attending this school was overall good. Teachers trying their very best to help the students learn and make sure that the students are understanding the assignment.

I've been in the Pontiac school district my entire life. My elementary school experience was enjoyable, as it should be to any child. Art and gym were my favorite classes in elementary. My high school experience has been okay. I attend International Technology Academy, a program under Pontiac high school and if I wasn't given the opportunity to attend my current school I don't know where I would be today. The atmosphere and teacher-student dynamic is completely different. Our environment is completely different as well. I enjoy coming to school and interacting with my fellow classmates. Overall, my high school experience has been pretty good.

Even with its reputation, its still a good school though the students can be a bit out of control at time there's nothing really wrong with the school. The teachers want to help the students progress.

Do not live in Pontiac! My review was deleted several times in the past so I’ll have to water it down! My European-American children were bullied and jumped in the halls by “diversity” students, especially my youngest who was only 5’3” tall! . How would you like to go to to school in fear everyday?...

For over a decade, 100% of schools in Pontiac have been rated below average according to state data year after year. Why is there no intervention from the state or change in central office and building administration? Our students deserve better. The district is failing generations of students who e...
