GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

A good small school with caring staff. Everyone knows each other and there is a sense of community between staff and students. When I first came to this school I was able to make friends because of all the clubs and activities that they offer. The overall atmosphere is nice. The sports teams are good. The teachers care about the students and want the best for them. They have relationships with as many students as possible to help us all learn the best way possible. The facility is relatively new and everything is very nice inside. It has two gyms and I like that the whole school is mostly carpeted except for science rooms and the commons.

North Boone High School is not like ever other school. We may not have the highest amount of money but the staff are such amazing supporters. They push you to do your greatest because they know you can. We have a special needs program and what this school has taught us all is to love one another like family and never treat someone differently because of their looks and the way they act. I wouldn't want to see much changed at North Boone, but maybe watch where you're spending the money. Other then that North Boone High School is a very amazing school to attend to.

I loved how the teachers worked with the students to help them in classes. I also loved how the school offered programs for the students to excel and be challenged.
