I really love the funding that they have put into the academics, especially with the additions of the science hall and the engineering wing. Other parts of the school are more run down, for example I have heard some bad things about the funding for the arts department, however from an outside point of of view it looks pretty good to me. The Preforming Arts Center is really cool.

It's been fine, students are nice, teachers and other staff are super sweet and helpful, but some staff don't always recognize individual student needs and struggles but generally they try to help and be supportive. Doesn't always recognize student issues unless they have documented specific issues in my personal experience

Port Huron Northern is an alright school. I feel that there are many ways it could improve the opportunities it gives students, at least when I was there. I did feel like the school did it's best to support low income students by providing free lunch to all students, and subsidizing funds for club activities and AP tests.

Not supportive what so ever. Worst experience in my life. I made a song about this school how bullies get away with everything and teachers are there to only count the pay and not to protect the kids and do not care. I would never allow my kids to ever attend this school. I do not know how I even ma...

There are lots of opportunities to take classes that fit student needs. The local community college is a resource, the RESA offers courses, there are advanced placement options, and there are standard classes. Staff is responsive.

The administration is good and responsive. There are many motivated teachers that work hard to provide unique opportunities for kids. The sports are fine, the arts are very good, the college acceptance and scholarship record is very good. I think it's little unfair to have the overall rating of this...

My dealings with this school have all been respectful and efficient. The teachers have done a great job, and my son has had a very positive experience. Very happy with the environment the school provides, and grateful to the staff members I have encountered. I would recommend this school to any pare...
