My kids had a great experience at John Muir Elementary. The teachers were caring. There are lots of extra activities with a school this size. My kids especially enjoyed the safety patrol trip and the talent show. There were fun summer school classes. The teachers are quality, the LMC is remodeled, a...

I am very happy with the school and the learning environment. I like that the teachers and the principal know my child and work hard to meet the needs of my child as well as all of the other children in the classroom. People in the school are very welcoming and friendly!

Lots of behavior problems here. Not much support for teachers by administration. This school is just too big to be effectively handled.

Many changes have occurred at this school in the past two years, especially in the area of behavior. Students and teachers are working well together and staff is very focused on students. Parent involvement and active learning have really brought more great things to this school.
