Best part about David Douglas High School is how diverse the school is and how many special programs/clubs they have at the school. One thing I would like to see change is the football coaches do their jobs a little better.

The best thing was being able to make new friends and meeting teachers and counselors that assisted me throughout the year. The worst thing is that I had some teachers that were disrespectful at times, I had difficult time understanding some teachers teachings at times and those classes were hard to work with there for it caused me to drop some of those classes for those reasons. I also had a freshman year that didn't feel very fresh as I just did it online school so it started off rough in my sophomore year.

David Douglas has always had me dreading getting up in the morning The overall aura that was presented in the school was very negative. Teachers did not put in their whole effort to help students learn and be better.

Racism, hatred, vaping,… are increase year by year in this school, and the school staff or teacher, even principal show no signs of being concerned about the matter. They just talked about it in Advisory and didn't car...

My experience at David Douglas so far sucked. I don't even want to be representing this school when I'm out traveling for leadership events! It's terrible and heart-breaking. This school does not care about their students enough to wish and give the best opportunities for the students. Usually, at s...
