This district is barely hanging on. Parents care way too much about what books are sitting on the library shelves not being read and care nothing about how their children talk and behave. The culture among teachers is nonexistent. You are on your own for everything and any mistake is immediately reported to the principal. (Seriously, there are employees who live in the principals office just to tattle and gossip and this is encouraged by admin.) The only good thing you can say about this school is that at least everyone looks similar.

Potlatch jr-Sr High School is a small school where everyone knows everyone and is always willing to lend a helping hand. The teachers are willing to help students with anything they may need help with. The counselor is very accessible to students and is always willing to help with anything they may need.

I like the small town feel of the school. I feel that the state of Idaho has given a lot opportunities for kids to learn more outside their school district offering IDLA dual credit classes from other schools or colleges across the state of Idaho. I want to go to Boise State University and in the choice of classes I can take they have accepted those college credits.

Excellent. Our school has many successful alumni, the students are proud of where they go to school, and I wouldn't have went anywhere else, given the choice.

terrible. the school is falling down, but got big parking lot full of garbage, there is dirt everywhere in the school because the janitors don't clean.
