the school has strict guidelines against bullying but do not follow them. My child has been bullied verbally and physically yet the principal refuses to follow correct guidelines and down plays the severity of the offenses committed, even when the same child reoffends. I have had to quit my job to homeschool my child since there are no other middle schools in the district. since this is an under performing school and not every parent can afford to homeschool allowing interdistrict transfers would greatly benefit students that no longer feel safe at this school.

Teachers are amazing, students are challenged in a thriving and diverse environment. Don't be fooled, Pottstown gets a bad wrap but the public schools are great.
