There were so many good parts, it is hard to choose from one. In fact, I think every part was a good part, and that there were no bad ones!

Counseling for bullying/other student issues is mediocre. Counselors are sometimes hard to contact, and information is usually limited. All outside doors are usually locked during the school day, and require to be unlocked from the inside office or a faculty member to gain access. There are no security guards/police officers in the school, due to the small student body.

Overall, this school is alright. It isn't the best, and it isn't the worst. There are many good aspects of this school, including teachers, the head principal (of the 2014-2015 school year), the extracurricular activities, the music program, and the AP/Honors courses.

My children recently graduated from this school. My kids were very different in their learning styles and the staff supported both of them in providing them with what they needed to succeed.

All three of our kids went to Poynette High with the last one graduating in 2015. This is a fantastic school and a wonderful community. Our children are challenged and supported. All of our kids came away with confidence and a drive to succeed and they have done just that. Thank You Poynette!

Teachers are great. The administration keeps the kids first. Great small town atmosphere. Is it a perfect school? I have experienced nothing but things with Poynette High school. Every time I have visited this school, the students have been very rude.
