I come from a project-based high school and switched to Prairie my softmore year. I was terrified but my teachers were nice and made an effort. I have not had a teacher that I do not like. The classwork is good. When it comes to other matters like the fact that the school day is eight hours long and our breaks are practically non-existent. Our school board doesn't seem to care about the students and the faculty. And the arts and musics are severely neglected.

Prairie offers multiple AP and dual enrollment courses to help with college readiness. A lot of the teachers care a lot about the kids and really help us. The administration has made a conscious effort to make the school safer and connect with the kids. The sports are very good, but I'd like to see a fair treatment of all sports. Some other things that need to change is the vaping in the bathrooms.

I have few complaints about this school. Only that the faculty needs help with the bullying going on. Security guards are needed. I absolutely love the staff and principal & vice principal

Great school. I've attended this school during my years in grades 9-12. I am a senior and proud to graduate from such a great school.
