GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We started off loving AAEC. However, they are nolonger the small "Horsey High" as they once were. There are too many being accepted and not taught that certain behaviors should not be tolerated.

I love this school; their college readiness and dual enrollment classes have put time ahead so far. By the time I graduate, I will have almost two years of college already done. The teachers and office staff are also super supportive and helpful.

I loved my experience at AAEC. The teachers were always available for one-on-one tutoring, and the relaxed atmosphere really helped me concentrate on my assignments.

My mother tried getting involved in PCA meetings at this school and they pretty much threw her out because everything was about FFA and I (the student) am NOT in...

My son is working on getting his associates degree while enrolled in high school. The school is paying for these courses while he is still in high school as well.

The partnership with Yavapai College has been excellent and has encouraged my son to set goals for himself. The high academic standards and individualized teacher support is exceptional.
