Overall it's a great school. The teachers are great and they care about your education. There are many rewards for students who do the right thing. The principal is great, and there is a lot of safety and security not only in the school, but in the neighborhood.

My son went to this school in the 2018/2019 school year. i was invited to get a tour of the building before summer ending. when i walked into the building and the first thing i saw was a rat eating the school pizza.

Staff very rude. She let me in. Stayed on phone not even acknowledged me. As I was waiting she turned her chair so I could see her back. I waited til my son came. Unfortunately I don't know her name

They do not take bullying seriously. My daughter is getting bullied and there has been no action about it.

Esek Hopkins Middle School is one of the best schools in thePprovidence School Department. Coming from Pawtucket... i was a bit skeptical about Providence schools, but i'm pleased with my daughters performance here.
