Mount pleasant is a tough school if your not a social butterfly. Majority of people in the school don't think about or expect for the students to graduate or go to college, including the students. However the teachers push the student to strive for it as much as possible.

The experience at mount pleasant high school is an very unique experience because there is always something going on at mount pleasant whether an after school basketball game in the gym on the 1st floor or an fight or some sort of drama but it seems to be dissolve sometimes by the admin in the school and there seems to be more admin in the school almost every month or every 5 weeks and the admin and the teachers really try to make the school better.

This school is just like any other school in the sense that it has kids that want to be there and kids who don't. What makes this school a little different is that there are teachers and administrators that care and will go out there way to make sure your feeling welcomed and that you stay on track.

This is the second year for my daughter at this school and she has done a good job. It does not depend only on the school or teachers, if a student does not have motivation to study, no school or any teacher will be good.
