The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I currently attend this school. I definitely wouldn't say the school is awful, but it is not "good" by any means. The amount of drama that happens at this school is ridiculous and the fact that only 27% of students (according to the data) feel safe at this school is just insane. The teachers are respectful and supportive, but the students themselves make this school feel...I don't even have any words to describe it

My experience at Mount Pleasant High School has been the best so far. I came back to my country after 5 years and got put to this school. I find the school really fascinating, diverse and motivating. The respect and how we treat each other is good. Here in the school we get to appreciate different cultures.
The student body is diverse and extremely accepting of all students! The teachers really care about the success of each student and are there for extra help!!
This school is just like any other school in the sense that it has kids that want to be there and kids who don't. What makes this school a little different is that there are teachers and administrators that care and will go out there way to make sure your feeling welcomed and that you stay on track.
This is the second year for my daughter at this school and she has done a good job. It does not depend only on the school or teachers, if a student does not have motivation to study, no school or any teacher will be good.
