Unless you're besties with administration you receive no support. Your concerns don't matter and heaven forbid if you disagree with them. They aren't looking for teachers to challenge and do what's best for the students. They are looking for yes men.

As a parent of a student at Skyview Middle School, I thought it was really good, actually one of the best (if not the best) middle school in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the common core math, my student is smart but struggled with that one subject and I agree it needs to go. Otherwise...
