My experience at Charlotte in terms of academics and safety was average. The school could have provided better education by having more diverse courses and enthusiastic teachers. However, the school culture and spirit was uplifting and a positive influence to students.

Charlotte high school is a very save and good environment for students to attend. They provide many academic opportunities for students to learn to the best of their abilities and help them achieve anything they set their mind to. My overall experience at Charlotte high has been better than what I have heard from most students that attend other high schools.

Charlotte high school helped me create a lot of memories to look back on when I'm a grown adult, but also not some great things either, it's a great school, but since the COVID 19, it's been a different school, traditions aren't the same, sports aren't the same, and teachers/admin aren't the same.

Teachers do not accommodate for students with any kind of IEP's. They do very little to help students who are not average or above or an athlete! Very sad, this school has gone downhill from 10-20 years ago!!!

Awful. Stuck. Disillusioned. A grade of 5 is generous. There aren't any real alternatives. On the surface it looks ok. It's a nice well maintained school. But there are problems under the surface. Many people I know who moved here have move to Sarasota county for the schools.

this school is great based on a athletic perspective but academic it is a horrible school, staff is unwilling to compromise at all with a student on any schedule changes unless they find it satisfactory not what the student finds satisfactory, so much for being able to think for yourself as a young...
