I have gone to Purvis since lower elementary. It is a great school and I have seen a lot of improvement over the last couple years that have made the school better.

Communication with parents is some what lacking. The school also doesn't recognize all groups with achievements and tend to favor the sports and ignore the less known groups.

The teachers are great, and the counselors really prepare the students to be successful after graduation!

Purvis has an excellent system towards homework. As a fellow student I learned what needed to be learned and completed my school work on time. I think Purvis High is an extremely good school, very nice administration & students, most of the students graduate with 3.0 or higher grade point averages.
