I graduated from PVHS about 4 years ago now. I thought that the IB program really prepared me for college and set me up for success. I was able to explore my interests through the clubs and programs such as science research. These programs allowed me to actually figure out what I wanted to major in college and ultimately do in life. The teachers at this school are all very supportive and I have very fond memories of them.

My experience at Putnam Valley High School was much like that of an average student. I took some hard classes did a good amount of extra curiculars and thrived in our school. However the one thing that stood out to me in my experience in Putnam Valley was the relationships that I made along the way. Whether with staff or other students I always knew that I had a home inside the walls of Putnam Valley High School.

I thought Putnam Valley High School was a very student friendly school. The staff engaged with students to ensure they do the best they possibly could as long as students put in the effort to succeed.
