GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best parts of my experience were definitely all of the SEL activities and that made me feel really interconnected to the school. The worst part was the school seems biased towards Hispanics and African-Americans (no hate, but as an Asian i feel underrepresented)

Very student-oriented. Small, tight -knit community. Limited clubs, you'll have to play on the Van Buren sports teams since they're on the same campus. The whole school is on the third floor, which I personally find inconvenient. It's an okay school

Amazing staff and teachers who really do show that they care about your education. Many go above and beyond to give the students a good time and a lot try to connect with them, showing the students that there is more than just learning in school. The principal is always trying to come and connect with the children, walking into classrooms, coming in and saying hello or even hanging out with some of the kids during Lunch.
