I honestly don't know how this is rated as an A school. I was never able to put my finger on it, but too many students are reading and writing a few grades below their grade level. The environment from the administration is toxic, bordering on abusive. It's, unfortunately, the best alternative for many families in Gadsden.

Attending Crossroad Academy has been the best thing that happen in my 17 years of life. This school prepared me for my future. Attending Crossroad helped me think academically and mentally for the route I am heading going to college. The only thing I would like to change is to have more electives.

This is a great school for education and college readiness. I like the educational opportunity's the school gives scholar and the courses. I would like to see the food the school provides to students to change.

This is not the school to place your child! Many of the teachers are not certified to teach in any state and behave worse than the students. This is a leaderless school and should be taken over by KIPP, Edison Schools, CharterUSA or an entity that knows what charter schools are designed for...

Happy to say that Crossroad Academy (CACS) have incorporated the 9th grade into their great school of excellence. Way to go Crossroad. Waiting for the other high school grades to follow.
