GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I like a lot of the teachers in the school but the most of the teachers are very poor with skills needed for this line of work. Many of the teachers had poor communication and frankly did not care about most of the students. The new administration is not helping Quincy get past the events that occurred last year and the year before.

The friendships you make with everyone at QHS is amazing. Teachers, students, parents, coaches, everyone is just so great. Decorating and playing games for Homecoming and Oriole Week are some of the things I will never forget. The senior picnic and getting the whole class together for the last time before you walk across that stage..priceless.

The school is very strict with the doors being locked at all times. This can be inconvenient sometimes. Obviously it is for our own safety though. There are also lots of security cameras.
