GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I've always had the best experience making friends with everyone at Boles. Everyone here is amazing and I've had always had the best laughs.

The small town community of Boles High School offers a sense of family. Students are not just numbers but individuals that teachers take the time to get to know on a one on one basis. They have really begun to bring in more dual credit courses. One aspect that could be improved upon would be more options for the arts to be incorporated into their class offerings and more time for college prep (scholarships, essays, and applications).

It is small. I graduated in a class of 50 students. Although they do need more space for the high school because it is growing. Athletics department is good if you have a love for sports. The robotics team is great for handy and engineering students. Many students love the workshop and FFA organization.

This is my fifth child in a Texas Public School.. wouldn't have it any other way. By far.. this district outshines those more affluent ones.,. Staff CARES about education and educating the students.. THAT is the difference!
