The best parts are the good people. Athletics aren't the best bet definetly allow for growth if you let it. AP and Honors classes so far have prepared me well for college, as well as the ECCA program senior year.

My years at rths were OK. I think that the school has a lot of diversity when it comes to the student body but not enough diversity when it comes to teachers. I feel like there's a good amount of teachers that don't care about their job there as well but there are plenty of teachers that do care very deeply about the kids are they teach. I think our teachers should be qualified for free lunch. It is a poor/middle class Town and all students should be able to eat for free one they're required to go somewhere.

My overall experience at Rantoul Township High School was ok. I do believe we should have more extra curricular classes to suit more students interests. I also believe teachers should change standard base grading as it can be challenging to keep up with as many students have said. The best part of my experience was that all of my teachers were great and they were willing to help me in every way that I needed.

Both my sons went to Rantoul Township High School. The counselors seemed only to be interested in those students who wished to attend college. If a student was not interested they received no help to steer them to other avenues of study or employment after high school.I personally met with my son's 'c...

I really enjoyed how many opportunities were offered to students. I believe it is up to each child to make the choices about what they are involved in and the parent's to support that decision. I know that I had many options as to extra-curriculars as far as sporting, clubs, and music/theater go. As...

RTHS lacks leadership from administration. They do not hold students accountable for their actions, therefore respect for others is never learned. This is portrayed from the classroom to sports and many events. Academically, I get the impression the kids are just pushed through, just so RTHS meets s...

I've been out of RTHS for 3 years now, and I still believe it is a good school. Granted, there are some behavior problems that occur and external situations that students bring in, but that is the only thing I think the school needs to work on. Other than that, the teachers are helpful, there are pl...
