I have grown up in the Raytown school district from kindergarten to now about to graduate this spring. I have grown to love Raytown and the community. There are so many opportunities and ways to connect with others. In many ways it feels like a family. Of course there are some things that needs to be fixed to make the community better that give Raytown a bad wrap but that is every community. If someone would give me the opportunity to go back and grow up in a different school district I would not. Raytown school district and Raytown high school has made me who I am today and I am proud to be apart of it.

Raytown high school is a great school there are more then enough reasons to prove that Raytown provides five star teachers who provide more then just the effort as a teacher but as an adult who cares for you. Raytown academics are also my favorite I came from a school with only few classes when i came to Raytown they had over at least 7 different classes I could be placed in for each academic. Raytown also provides great programs to help with your college future like the a plus program and DECA . Raytown is an amazing school for each and every student .

The school feels as if they have a good enough budget to supply students with the resources they need to survive. The teachers there are very interactive and appear too show involvement in the students lives and success.

We have had 3 daughters go through RHS (and all through Raytown schools). All 3 have participated in sports, theater, choir and debate/forensics. All 3 were mentored and nurtured by all staff including the lovely women in the front office. The oldest graduating from college in 3 years and going dire...
