GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

As I pushed through high school, I found teachers and friends help. They helped me persuade my dream and accomplish some of the most hardest times of my life. They would make sure I would come in and give school my full attention even though I worked most of my senior year.

It's a dramatic free environment the teachers tend to push students to their max knowledge. It's easy to make friends everyone is welcoming at the school. The school counselors are the best their very helping they make sure you have everything you need to succeed

The great thing about Reading is how close everyone is. It is not a very big school or community, so everyone knows everyone. Everyone is also very friendly and accepting. You can't drive up the street for 5 minutes without waving to somebody you know or somebody saying hello. The teachers and staff also have adapted to the communities culture and fit into the setting very well.

The school offers AP and College Credit classes which prepare you well for life after High School. The AP coursework and teachers are tough, but for the most p...

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone that is not from the area. They're not accepting of other people, people of all grades will bully you, the teachers are some of the worst I have experienced.

Reading High School is a small, friendly school that offers a great education and an even better overall experience. The students and faculty are welcoming and there is ample opportunity to get involved in extra-curricular activities. The community is supportive of the schools and many parents are i...
