The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

My experience at Reardan Middle-Senior High School has been a good one. The best parts of the school are the culture and the learning opportunities provided. Reardan is a small school and so many people know/ get along with each other easily. Reardan as College in the Classroom (CIC) credit opportunities that will help students prepare for a college level classes while also getting a head start into their college career. The sports and clubs at Reardan are not great. The communication is poor and needs to be changed. The sports team that I have been on have had a great atmosphere. The facilities of the school need some fixing but the school is very old. The food could also be improved. Overall I have enjoyed my time at Reardan.

Being able to go to a small school like Reardan was a great experience. All of my classes were around twenty students so I was able to talk to the teacher more if I needed help. In addition, there is a strong encouragement to participate in multiple sports and clubs, which in turn gave me more diversity many kids who went to big school would never receive. As for something I would like to see change is a new track instead of the dirt track we have now. I know it is a lofty hope but it would be an amazing addition to the school.

My high school was in the middle of wheat fields. There was really no need for any police and Student IDs or Staff IDs. Everybody knows everyone. The entire high school is about 200 people. Yet we do have evacuation plans and drills for fires and bomb threats. As well as drills for earth quakes and lock downs.
Reardan has issues with equality! My son being one of the only minority’s had a very tough time especially when it came to athletics.
