An award winning junior high school, the school gives support academically, emotionally and mentally. The teachers are fantastic and very on top of the students. It's a welcoming environment in which both my girls have enjoyed.

My experience in Halsey was overall great, 75% of the people are great and very nice. The Dean and Student counceler are always there to listen, they have no tolerance for bullying or sexual harassment, and they don't only punish those who are in the wrong, the create a safe and comfortable environment where the "bully" and the victim, share their feelings what why the situation happened and why it was wrong. though the classes do get boring, it is up to you to do good in school or not, and most of the teachers are great.
