GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Our school offers some pretty decent classes. This year i'm taking a math course thats called, Elementary Statistics. It's a college course so that I can earn college credits early. We also offer Physics, Psychology, Pre Calculous, and regular Calculous.

The sports programs at Remsen High School are very good. They provide the essentials that we need to succeed and beyond. Our varsity soccer field is located in the middle of our track. We don't have try outs at our school, our class sizes only consist of 20 to 30 kids max. So who ever goes out for the team, plays. Were not exactly the best, but we try our best and put fourth full effort. We also have a lot of school spirt. So many people paint their faces our school colors (orange and black) during basketball games and soccer games.
