St. Joseph Catholic School is a private, faith-based school off Jupiter Road in Richardson. The school serves pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students. There are two classes per grade level.
Students attending St. Joseph Catholic School learn coursework from the Texas Education Agency and the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department. Kindergarten through second grade students learn phonics via the Super Kids phonics program. All elementary students learn mathematics through the Early Learning in Mathematics program.
Middle school students follow a rigorous and challenging core coursework curriculum. Each week students take enrichment and elective classes in fine arts and technology. The school also has weekly foreign language classes.
The school focuses on Science Technology Religion Engineering Arts and Mathematics instruction. Through this instruction, students learn in multiple content areas. Students are also able to develop a strong faith through their education at St. Joseph Catholic School.
Students must apply to be accepted to attend school at St. Joseph Catholic School. There is a tuition fee schedule and students are required to wear uniforms. Parents love St. Joseph Catholic School because students learn core subjects through a faith-based curriculum.

As a parishioner of St Joseph's, I've had the opportunity to volunteer at the school and have been impressed with the state-of-the-art classroom technology setup, the student/teacher ratio, and the variety of programs available to the students to enrich academic and social development.
