Before I moved to Richmond I was really struggling with school, but ever since I came to John Marshall my grades have gotten alot better. The teachers are amazing and I made some really awesome friends. There are tons of fun classes and i can't wait till next year. The slight downside is the lunches, I believe they could be improved. Other than that I really like this school.

What I like about John Marshall is that it is really not what you expect. Like getting a bag of hot puffs and it's a salt and vinegar chip in there it's just very unexpected. I'm in the band been it for two years now and I learned from it that music brings everybody together from playing at football games to play at the state championship game for basketball you get happy when you hear the beat something in your body just wants to dance so that's what I do dance my little heart out with every 8 count I through out. I remember when we preformed in the Christmas parade I mean that was all city but it was still something new for me because I had to fill in for the captain like woah something different. That's John Marshall for you always something new and something different coming from each corner.

This school is not exactly one of my best experiences, I'd say the school next door to it was a bit better. Bullying happens constantly, and teachers seem to not hear it—yet when you pull out a phone, they suddenly have X-ray vision. I remember me and my best friend being bullied out loud by a group...

I have learned and grown so much as a John Marshall Justice. I wouldn’t change schools if I were offered $1 million. The staff and teachers are amazing. They do everything that they can to create a space for students to be heard and grow. They do what they can to engage us in fun and help us reach t...
