The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

The thing I like most about my school is that it is small. All our class sizes are small and we get to know each other and because we are small in numbers it helps build relationships with our teachers. The teachers can really get to know us and they have more time to help us individually. Our school needs to work better on learning budget management. We have learned a little but it seemed like it wasn't enough to help me know what I need to know for my future out on my own.

Fun school, many people looked out for your well being and everyone wanted to see you succeed. With the small community I felt close to everyone.

I really enjoy Ridge View High School. The staff is very supportive. The extracurricular I enjoy the most is our FFA chapter. Our school does a great job of getting students involved in extracurriculars. I would like to see more student body activities throughout the year. Especially ones that involve the entire community.
