My high school experience at Rison was a period of growth, learning, and self-discovery for me. I challenged myself by taking courses that helped me choose and explore my interests. Socially, I built meaningful relationships with not only students but teachers who have helped shape who I am today. As with any other high school experience, there were ups and downs but I have learned to overcome challenges and become stronger.

Very small school, but you can learn everything you need to know, you just have to try your best and you will succeed.

Rison High School teachers care about all their students. They aren't just faces or names on a roll call. Even the cafeteria workers care about what the students want to eat. The whole community rallies around the school and students. Everybody supports each other and there are so many extracurricular classes to choose from. The school is safe and the students are made to feel safe in this day and time. I'm so blessed to have been a part of Rison High School.
