I like the community that is built there. It is very positive and encourages learning. But there are multiple teachers that don't push hard enough, they think that kids will motivate themselves. So only those with motivation truly learn.

Counselors were awful and did not care about students. A few good teachers that tried their best despite the circumstances. Not a lot, if any, educational opportunities. Almost no clubs besides FFA. College counselor did not understand how college worked and how letters of recommendation worked.

It has a very friendly environment. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. The academics are not the worst, although they are far from the best. It is a great place to go to school unless you have high hopes of going far in life- then it will suck your soul because everyone will think you are weird for wanting more.

There are some teachers who don't really follow on the "great 5 star scale", but most of them do. I am currently a Freshman, and I have already gotten so much help from all the teachers, my counselor, AND the principle. As of right now, I have a 4.0 GPA, and I am on the top 10 GPA's of the freshman...
