The best parts of East that i've seen since i been here is the diversity activities sports and the wide varsity of electives that are available for you to choose through the worst parts of east though is the food the safety and the administrators at times I would like to see a change where people are able to have their phones throughout the school day for safety reasons in case the school is in danger or if there's a emergency.

East is a really good school compared to other schools in the city. The atmosphere and schools culture is unbelievable to go along with the best athletic program.

well i just moved to Rochester from Florida it was very difficult they have a college prep up here that doesn't really help you so i have to ask teachers for help constantly since i am a senior this year of 2019 and the students are horrible the kids they throw things at the teachers and cuss them out call them out their names and also i can't even focus if i have a test or work that needs to be down because there is always those kids that sit in the back yelling or doing something stupid. But over all the school isn't entirely to bad because i did made some cool friends that helped me and guide me on where i need to be and the principle she is awesome and she helps me as well .

I graduated from East High School back in 2007. I am now a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology and i owe it all to East High School's Academy of Information Technology. The AOIT at East High School helped prepare me for college by providing me with a great introduction to technology...
