Rocky Point High School has been a great place for me to learn. Academically, I've been very successful. I love most of my teachers and counselors and I will miss them when I graduate.

The best parts of Rocky Point High School is the community and how connected everyone is. Although, the academics are not superb there is always help from teachers and fellow students if need be.

I had a lot of fun at Rocky Point, but like many things, there are many downsides. If you aren't "popular" or a staff's kid, then some teachers won't even give you the time of day. The amount of nepotism and favoritism in this school and athletics is beyond me. It's so frustrating to work so hard just to have someone be chosen or favored for something because of their connection to the school. Very unfair. Even so, it isn't completely awful, as I have had some amazing teachers and made great friends.

James Moeller does an outstanding job leading Rocky Point High School. His caring and compassion is evident and influences the staff to follow the same course. The teachers are dedicated and available. The school is inclusive of families of all different backgrounds. There are many opportunities for...

Excellent school district all my 4 kids started in kindergarten to 12th. Excellent special education program through out the whole district. My oldest child had pretty severe learning and speak problems and is now in her 30s and has a masters. The bullying issue seems to be in every district in Long...

I am currently a student at this school. The bullying is immeasurable, especially if you don't fit the standard of "skinny, athletic, and 'normal'". The teachers are okay but most barely know how to teach. Please find your child another school for their better good. Your child will not like it here.

Horrible, as someone with multiple kids through this system it's a disagree and isn't supportive towards learning differences, the teachers and staff are extremely bias and poor character, you're better off homeschooling your kids then attend this place.
