Teachers do not seem too engaged with the students compared to the private elementary/middle school they attended before going to high school. Not enough class choice. Students retaking the same class just for the credit. What is great is the principal/superintendent and the counselor. They go out of their way to make the high school a better place for students and the kids respect them.

Our school is finally in a good place. We finally have a principal who cares about the kids in school. He takes the time to get to know us and is interested in our ideas.

There is almost always a police officer present. The school nurse is in the building next to the high school so the student has to walk to the nurse to get help.
