Very tight community. There is about 30 people in the high school and 25 for next year.Extracurricular involvement is dwindling. The teaching quality is better than it was last year. The administration is not the best. If you have a kid in middle school, be aware that the bullying situation is not cracked down on as well as it should be.

One of my favorite things about Rolla High School, is that it is a small school. Because it is a small school, I got a lot of one-on-one time with teachers and it was easy to get help. It is also a lot easier to connect with students and make friends.

I come from a super small town of about 300 people. We have around forty-five students in the high school who are involved in everything. At Rolla High School once you walk in the first set of double-doors, you feel like family. Due to such low numbers we have been forced to let some of our favorite teachers go because of budget cuts. The Teachers are willing to stay whenever to make sure you keep your grades up. They treat you like you are their own children. It is so hard to watch my school fall short when it came to funding. If I could have anything happen to my school, it would be to have the funding to have our outstanding teachers and keep my school alive.
