For the most part, Model is a good school. It isn't dangerous, and I am never worried about bullying. However, they have some teachers who simply do not put in the necessary effort for their jobs, whose classes are impossible to learn in. Along with that, their efforts to help students excel in the future are limited, as all of my knowledge on college has come from personal research.

When I went to Model High School, I had a positive experience with my community. I felt very loved, but there was not a lot of diversity. I enjoyed my classes, but I did not feel prepared for college. When I got to college, I was shocked by the study habits that high school had taught me. I think they could better prepare for college through encouragement and further knowledge of the college experience.

If the children's parents are not spending money for the school then do not expect them to graduate or drop out. Also kicking them out. The bullying is not being taken seriously. They will not keep a child back for one year even if you ask them too so they can try to catch up the the work. Just beca...

If you have a child who is going to play baseball at Model be ready to shell out $400 for him in order to play. I have 2 grandchildren at Model who have always played baseball and one of them is a senior who dearly loves baseball and was looking so forward to playing in his last year. He knew that h...
