Rome high school comes with many perks some good some bad like having to feel like there are other people smarter than you because there in a certain class, but the friends and bonds I've made there have kept me always moving forward and feeling like it's a some sort of home.

I did not start my freshman year at Rome High School. When I came in the middle of the school year I really didn't know what to expect. Within week one I experienced so many different things at Rome High it really excited me. I feel like I had so many great opportunities and met so many new people. I got to participate in the sports that I love to do and I wouldn't change that time that I got to meet new people and just enjoy myself. The worst part about Rome High School is that I will be graduating in a few more days and I must say that I am going to miss it there and now it's time to step into adulthood. I will embrace every good opportunity.

The students are disrespectful, disruptive and preform well below grade level. There are very few exceptions and there's at least one fight every week often times multiple times in a week. The food sucks most of the time with the occasional chicken sandwiches making it better. Nobody really cares at Rome.
