GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have enjoyed my time at Roosevelt high school and I've grown friendships here. The teachers here are also really nice and you can always go to them whenever you need to, they won't turn you away.

I don't like anything at Roosevelt High School & wish I had got to switch schools. I would change everything about it like who works there & definitely who attends.

My time at Roosevelt High School can be described as the "typical" high school experience. I had my friends group, participated in clubs and sports, and participated in all school events. I was close to most of my teachers and found them to be very approachable and caring.

Roosevelt High School is the worst performing school in Nassau County. I would advise any parent to send their child else where if they can or to private school.
