The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

Hello l am Berda Thomas Halie Hopson Grandmother..I moved from Marion Arkansas to Tunica Mississippi on July 3rd 2021 to take care of Halie and her other 2 siblings Jaliyah and courtnee Hopson because their Mother Quinteena Hopson passed away August 16th 2021 from COVID-19..that was the worst day of all of our lives..but l thank GOD all the Girls are Honor Roll students. Here at Tunica Elementary and Tunica High School the students have to take accessment placements test to pass to the next grade level so lm very impressed with Rosa Fort school performance. The worst experience other parents and l have experienced is paying for sports uniforms a lot of kids cant afford to buy the things they need to pay for .l also disagree that the seniors have to pay for their cap and gown. So winning this $1000 scholarship will really help Halie out financially entering into college. The best experience l have had since l moved to tunica is watching the community support in all school activities.

Rosa Fort High School is a really good school that is in a rural area. Our school's grade average overall is a B. The teachers are very helpful and involved as well as the parents. College readiness is apart of our school mission so we are excellent in that area. Our sports teams and food are amazing ! It is a public school with majority of African American students but any race is welcomed of course. Our graduation rate is 97%. This is an overall great school in Mississippi that will prepare for college and how to handle real life situations.

My experience at Rosa Fort was good. You high school years start with you from the behavior , grades and attitude at school. I wish nothing change at Rosa fort because everything was good by far. The teachers care about your grades and behavior. My grades was good and my attitude started off awful and behavior was very negative
