P.S. 38 the Rosedale School is truly a wonderful school! It is however, truly unfortunate that the influence of politics and stakeholders that have no interest in our children have infiltrated our school system. Every year, this school is going downhill. Majority of the teachers in this institution is incapable of teaching our kids.
