I have had 2 students come through this school district and it needs an overhaul within the administration and staff. There are some wonderful teachers who are doing a phenomenal job but they are far and few. Most are mediocre and the students are suffering and not adequately prepared for college and beyond. As a parent you will need to be prepared to offer supplemental tutoring throughout throughout their school years in order for them to be the very best.

Although faculty is good and dedicated the building and organization is not the best. There aren't many activities but teachers are always letting you know of outside opportunities and truly care about your future.

When I 1st started at Abraham Clark high school , it wasn't good . The kids didn't have any teachers because teachers were quitting left and right , so they had to do the courses online , which is not good considering the kids just search the answers instead of learning it to memorize . Some of the kids were doing right disrespectful to almost every person of authority at the school but a new principal came who is starting to shape things up . Now their getting brand new teachers and their making great efforts to improve the academic environment of the school.

The teachers are mostly more helpful & look forward to teaching students, but it’s a hit or miss sometimes. This school does have some potential but they have low staff, One of the teachers before leaving admitted to the school not paying them enough, Some teachers are reasonable but others just put...

Years later this school has not changed a single bit, some teachers only teach for the pay check and couldn't care at all about actually putting in the type of effort that helps their students put in effort too, this school has a bad habit of choosing the worst possible teachers to teach chemistry a...

The dysfunction at its worst. Horrendous administration that likes to bury all the issues under the rug. “Consultative” model for special education - what.a.joke. ACHS is a true embodiment of that school-to-prison pipeline. Students leave without being able to read at grade levels, basic math skills...

This school is terrible, horrible! I graduated valedictorian of this school and they have not helped me whatsoever with my future! I received the less scholarships out of the rest of the students at this school despite being the best out there! I highly suggest that you do not send your children her...
