Beside Roswell Area Park and near historic Roswell, Roswell North Elementary School partners with students, parents and the community to give children from pre-K through 5th grade a solid foundation for lifelong learning. With over 900 students, the school ranks above average in test scores and student progress. The school’s music classes enhance learning for every grade level, where children have fun learning about music. Fourth and 5th grade students can also take advantage of performance opportunities in the school chorus. For budding athletes, Roswell North offers a soccer and running club where kids can get a start on sports and fitness for life. A kids’ chess group also provides instruction and competition for young chess players. Extended learning programs round out the curriculum at Roswell North Elementary, offering opportunities to sharpen study skills and get homework help in the afternoons after classes. Everyone is very nice, but the principal and teachers disregard parent concerns and suggestions regarding health and safety. They will very politely tell you to go kick rocks even when presented with very simple suggestions backed by years of scholarly research. Teachers are young and inexperienced....

Really impressed with this school. My daughter is very happy there, the level of communication from the school is outstanding and I've enjoying being able to participate in various events via the Dad's club. My younger daughter will be joining RNE next year and I have no hesitation recommending this...
