Overall Ridgeview tries. The new principal is really attempting to make things better and is open to suggestions and keeps the line of communication open. I wish the staff were more diverse so that the kids can get a feel for what the real world looks like.

The teachers are great. They genuinely care about their students and love seeing them come and visit even after they graduated/left. All of the teachers are very friendly and they plan lessons that are interesting and engaging. Most of their teaching styles is to ask questions during class to make sure everyone's paying attention and that's one of the many things i loved about the teachers.

I believe this school is good on the academic level but believe the staff is overwhelmed with all of the disciplinary behaviors of the students. I do not believe there is enough supervision of the students on school grounds and there is a lot of acting out at this school which jeopardizes the safety...

I just wonder if school staff feels comfortable using money that belongs to a student who didn't use it. And what they did with that money. They simply shouldn't give out money if they're not sure the student will be able to go on a trip.

School speaks a lot through it’s state performance over the years. Good electives and clubs offered to the students. Needs to work and encourage more participation from these talented bunch of kids.
