I had a really good time a Rusk High School. The best part for me was joining the band and the drill team. I met a lot of amazing people. The counselors were very helpful with helping me start my college process.

It was a great school, especially for a small town. They are very focused on sports and school spirit.

At Rusk High School I have met some of my best friends that I hope to keep for life. I have also become a very active member of the Talon Point Players theatre department. We are a family. I would do anything for anyone in my theatre family, and they would do the same for me. There is a very positive vibe in the school, and my peers and I are very integrated in different activities, even if they do not fit within the stereotypes.
